Operating quietly under the radar on the national and global stage for decades, the time has come to share with the world these phenomenal characteristics which truly makes Indiana, the Culinary Crossroads and a remarkable place to live, work and play.

Culinary Crossroads is focused on raising awareness of the culinary and cultural offerings in Indiana via the use of established or newly created culinary communications, events and activities.


Through a combination of communications, competitions, earned and social media initiatives and additional activities, Culinary Crossroads is committed to serving Indiana’s culinary consumers, supporting industry owners and work force, and motivating skilled labor and tourism specific work force prospects to consider Indiana based professional opportunities.


Over time, Culinary Crossroads will work to create a compelling, consumer and influencer focused, online and social media “voice” for all that is great about living, working and playing in Indiana.

The World Food Championships is the largest competition in Food Sport, where grand champions of previous events convene for a chance at winning the ultimate food crown and a share of hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money. The World Food Championships is also the springboard for many up and coming culinary stars and home cooks as they seek TV fame through many well-known food shows and acting opportunities.
